I enjoy managing varied projects, from small to complex, finding effective solutions to challenges as they arise. I have strong financial acumen and a passion for technology with proficiency in many computer based programs. I leverage these skills to continually seek ways to drive operational efficiency through improved systems and processes. Focused on problem solving, introducing change and removing non-value adding process steps, I believe in innovative approaches to industry problems. I have strong people management skills and over the past 10 years I have managed teams ranging from 10 – 110 staff. I am currently the Building Manager of Rivage Royale, an Iconic Residential Tower situated on prime Nerang riverfront location where I work alongside key stakeholders of the Rivage Royale Community including Owners, Contractors, and The Rivage Royale team to ensure the facilities within this property are operating at their optimum.My key role is to resolve many of the challenges that this property and the many before have provided, whilst at the same time working within the guidelines of the compliance requirements of the industry and organization in which I work.I have a proven track record of delivering strong compliance results across a variety of properties. With my key values of compliance, honesty, ethics, passion and innovation I am a problem solver and my go to phrases are “not what you can’t do, but what you can do” and “actions speak louder than words”.I am at my best when I am facing the biggest challenges and have an ability to manage my team under enormous stress and navigate whatever obstacles I am confronted with. I have been in operational management roles in 20 Hospitality Properties for more than 3 decades and have learnt over time to use my confidence to ensure a level of calmness within my team.
