I lead and facilitate "Lifespan IG", a virtual intergenerational program on Zoom that pairs university students with older adults who are aging in place at home and subject to social isolation. Lifespan's Mission is two-fold: to help bridge the generation gap between younger and older adults, and to alleviate loneliness by mitigating social isolation. Lifespan creates multigenerational “communities” to Connect, Laugh and Learn together!

Forged and maintained relationships with hundreds of Global and National Corporate Real Estate executives representing Fortune 500 companies (both existing and prospective tenants) within the Piedmont REIT Class-A office portfolio. Consistent communication and relationship management ensured an understanding of the long-term business needs of end user/occupiers at both portfolio and property levels. The role served as a landlord (owner) point person for corporate tenant executives, and a liaison to internal Leasing and Capital Markets teams. The overall function promoted a strategic landlord/tenant partnership by helping provide viable real estate solutions for the client, while helping increase leasing and real estate investment opportunities for Piedmont. Public Relations and Marketing responsibilities included writing and submitting national press releases, screening publicity opportunities for CEO and executive team, coordinating company sponsorship program, managing design/print firm relationships for all marketing materials and annual reports.

Assisted the State Director-Community Outreach with various Age-Friendly projects, events and Atlanta stakeholder initiatives that further supported the lives of older adults in Georgia. Among my responsibilities, I helped coordinate a Fraud Watch event with keynote speaker, Frank Abagnale; Atlanta Streets Alive booth and event participation; participated in Turner Field Community Benefits meetings (economic development, housing and infrastructure betterment); provided ongoing writing contributions to the Age-Friendly Action Plan submission required by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Managed various programs designed to maximize sales from this niche group of advisors. Served as point of contact for all external and internal clients relating to educational programs offered by Wells University. Position differentiated Wells from its competitors by offering a unique resource/approach to working with Financial Advisors.

Created and managed an Events Service department to assist company in events and meeting planning. Managed department of 4-6 employees, responsible for ongoing registration, travel logistics and superior customer service for over 2,000 Financial Advisors attending Wells University training annually. Managed event planning of all sales-hosted regional seminars for Financial Advisors nationally. Responsible for planning of several off-site meetings for Leadership and staff. Liaison for other internal departments for individual training and event needs.
