Lifespan Intergenerational (IG)

Lifespan Intergenerational (IG) is a social and educational enrichment program provided by Lifespan Resources, Inc. Students and young adults are paired with older adults in online virtual (Zoom) community groups to create meaningful connections, laugher and learning! New intergenerational community groups are formed regularly, followed by an ongoing social/educational Alumni program for groups to remain connected. Lifespan is dedicated to combating age segregation by connecting generations to foster mutual understanding, empathy and a stronger sense of community among age groups. Our mission is to alleviate loneliness and isolation among young and older adults alike by cultivating connections and building community.
