With years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am currently a Client Account Manager. I have a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with an area of interest in general business. I am a graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin, cum laude. As a client account manager, I am responsible for managing the relationship and communication with our key accounts, as well as overseeing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. I work with a team of pharmacovigilance specialists, who handle the case management and processing of adverse events reports for our clients. I use my accounting and project management skills to monitor the budget, timeline, and quality of the projects, and to ensure that the deliverables are aligned with the client's objectives and specifications. I also provide feedback and guidance to the team, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
