The mission was to take the Tech Tāmaki Makaurau strategy and turn it into a programme of work, prioritise the initial ‘wins’ and lead and start the implementation of the strategy. At the same time, it was to build the internal team to support delivery of key interventions beyond the first identified wins. In that time I am proud to have worked with some incredibly inspiring people to lead and champion the implementation of the strategy… Show more A seven-month contract for two-days a week. The mission was to take the Tech Tāmaki Makaurau strategy and turn it into a programme of work, prioritise the initial ‘wins’ and lead and start the implementation of the strategy. At the same time, it was to build the internal team to support delivery of key interventions beyond the first identified wins.
