As a Collections Call Center Manager at Mr Price Group, I have been overseeing the day shift operations of the call center for over 20 years. I am responsible for managing a team of + 40 staff, ensuring that they meet the performance and quality standards, and providing them with coaching and feedback. I also handle the debt collection process, negotiating with customers, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records.I have developed strong skills in workflow and budget management, organization and communication, and customer service. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the call center, such as streamlining the workflows, reducing the costs, and increasing the customer satisfaction and retention rates. I am passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers and supporting our agents to achieve their goals.
