1. Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster data privacy compliance and awareness at VWO | Wingify.2. Liaison with the legal team on the regulatory and statutory requirements and changes related to data privacy.3. Participate in the development, implementation and ongoing compliance monitoring on data privacy requirements for all functions and business delivery teams.4. Ownership for communication of data privacy related requirements across the organisation.5. Review and Approval of requests raised by corporate functions and/or business delivery team(s) for sharing of personal data to third parties as part of business requirements. 6. Informing and advising VWO | Wingify and its employees who carry out processing pursuant to data protection regulations, national laws and all applicable data protection provisions.7. Ensuring the alignment of enterprise-wide Data Protection policy with data protection regulations, national laws and all applicable data protection provisions.8. Providing guidance with regards to carrying out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and creating Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).9. Acting as a point of contact for and cooperating with Data Protection Authorities (DPAs)10. Determining the need for notifications to one or more DPAs because of Wingify’s current or intended personal data processing activities.11. Making and keeping current notifications to one or more DPAs because of Wingify’s current or intended personal data processing activities.12. Client and Vendor Contract reviews from a data privacy standpoint.13. Informing the senior management and board of Wingify of any potential corporate, civil and criminal penalties which may be levied against Wingify and/or its employees for violation of applicable data protection laws.

1. Managing Data Privacy Program at enterprise level. 2. Responsible for Data Privacy compliance with applicable data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPPA, PIPEDA, DPA etc. for Mphasis and 6 subsidiaries. 3. Conducting Privacy Risk Assessments(PRA) of all Client Projects and accounts with Mphasis and its other entities.4. Annual Data Privacy Audit for all Corporate functions including without limitation HR, Administration, Legal, Immigration,Travel, CIO etc.5. Vendor and Client Contracts review from Data Privacy standpoint (inclusion of Data Privacy Annexure, Standard Contractual Clauses(SCC)etc.6. Maintaining and updating DFDs, Personal Data Inventory, RoPA across all functions in the capacity of Data Controller.7. Conducting Data Privacy Impact Assessment(DPIA) for all internal and external applications which process personal data.8. Addressing DSAR and communicating with data subjects.9. Data Privacy Incident and Breach management. 10. Communication with supervisory authorities like ICO UK, CNIL France etc.
