I have a proven track record of delivering complex and large-scale projects within budget and timeline, while ensuring quality and safety standards.I am also passionate about talent assessment, training and development, and performance management. As the former Senior Program Manager of Training wing at Naval College of Engineering, I was responsible for designing and delivering innovative and effective learning programs for naval officers and engineers. I am trained in Projective techniques for Psychometric Assessment and have conducted several psychological assessments and coaching sessions for naval personnel.
