As the former Senior Program Manager of Training wing at Naval College of Engineering, I was responsible for designing and delivering innovative and effective learning programs for naval officers and engineers. I am trained in Projective techniques for Psychometric Assessment and have conducted several psychological assessments and coaching sessions for naval personnel.
