NewsBreak is a series C unicorn with over 100M registered users and $X00M in ARR. I led the product & design teams, driving product strategy and execution across 4 main orgs, spanning ~250 people: - Content: forming the world’s best source of local news from users, creators, publishers, and AI. - Core App: driving content search, discovery, engagement, and community.- Monetization: leading development of NewsBreak’s ad platform, formats, and placements.- Growth: acquiring millions of new users a month through paid and organic channels.

I led three interrelated organizations that are responsible for building products for LInkedIn’s priority audiences across the world. - International: Includes all product efforts geared towards international markets- Segments: New ventures for prioritized audiences, such as blue collar workers and students- Data: Standardization, A/B testing, insights, and reporting platforms Collectively, these world-class teams (300+ people) touch nearly every LinkedIn member, product, and experiment, creating value for hundreds of millions of professionals.

I was responsible for leading product for LinkedIn’s Learning Solutions business ($400M ARR), which began with the $1.5B acquisition of Lynda.com and grew to achieve a leadership position in the industry. I led world-class teams across our 800-person org, building a range of enterprise and consumer products spanning LinkedIn Learning and Lynda.com. These products are used by tens of millions of learners across the globe to help them develop the skills they need to advance their careers.

During this time period, I led the teams responsible for LinkedIn's Profile, Notifications, Search, Analytics, and Navigation products, across mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces. I also oversaw the complete redesign of LinkedIn's desktop site.

I led the communication products team which was responsible for messaging, email, and communications infrastructure.

Responsible for leading the strategy and product development for software platform & services, smartphone & tablet applications, Google TV initiatives, Harmony Remotes, and TV Video Calling lines of business ($200M+). Led the 30+ person product and user experience team for the entire business unit, including portfolio & product management, user research, prototyping, interaction & visual design.Previously held a number of exciting roles leading up to this one, including Senior Product Manager (2008), Senior Manager (2009), and Director, Google TV Products (2010).

Led 50+ person teams through the development of Nintendo Wii, DS & PC games. Managed the entire product life-cycle from concept formation through to launch.

Developed technology and product strategies for industry leading clients.

Championed Wakesoft’s rapid development software to external senior technical audiences. Leveraged insights from the field to lead development of new product functionality.

Led the design & development of a chat interface for Continuity’s enterprise CRM software.
