Maintain auxiliary equipment such as heat exchangers, pumps, steam and condensate systems, and elevators. Supervise air balancing contractors and in-house technicians. Verify all reports for accuracy for certifications of fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, manufacturing, and animal rooms. Maintain the database for all electronic air balance and certification reports. Ensure all change control systems are followed. Develop, maintain and review SOP's for all cGMP and GLP equipment. I am familiar with pneumatics systems, Trane, Honeywell and Siemens DDC systems. Review engineering projects before and during installation through completion.Utilize CMMS systems that tracks all preventive and repair work orders. Perform quarterly and annual reviews of maintenance technicians. Developed and instituted a site wide mechanics training module.
