*Work Scope is 8 No's High End Finishes Villa's, Club House for a 1000 units of Flats, External development Works & STP Works.*Prepared & got approved the Complete Resource Loaded Schedule in MSP (Microsoft Projects) for the above mentioned Work scope.*Periodically updating/Tracking the Schedule and give the match-up/mitigation plan for the backlogs. *Project Planning & Item Rate Billing for the complete project.*Coordination between Design Consultant & Project Management Consultancy (T&T).*Preparation for all MIS reports that a sound management looking after.*Material Reconciliation for bulk quantities like Steel, Cement Etc. *Finalization of Subcontractor and their work orders.*Preparation of Procurement Tracker and ensuring the material get delivered on time.
