President and Chief Product Officer.

Core member of the Executive Leadership Team and lead the Product organization for the company. My team and I oversee all of our digital products, including: a) our B2B investment, valuations, and data / analytics products, b) ComeHome, our consumer-facing real estate portal (B2B2C), and c) our internal platforms and tools. I am responsible for building out and mentoring a team of high performing Product professionals across Product Management, Design, and Data / Analytics, and have also previously been responsible for our Sales Engineering and Operations functions. An integral part of my role is driving revenue / growth for the company by setting the core Product strategy while implementing a strong, data-driven culture of decision making with a key focus on effectively solving client problems.I am also deeply involved in the day-to-day product development process, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Design to build new products and further iterate on existing ones by actively speaking to clients and prospects.

Prior to leading the full Product organization across HouseCanary, I helped build and launch ComeHome, our B2B2C real estate platform.

Member of the firm's Executive Team, Investment Committee, and one of the very first company hires. I am responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of the product lifecycle, including ownership of our product roadmap, new product development, existing product management, and everything in between. I built and currently manage a high performing team of Product professionals across Product Management, UX Design, and Data Science. I work very closely with our engineering team to establish priorities and to execute against our product roadmap so that we can achieve our overall business goals.I am also responsible for our digital marketing / growth initiatives and oversee our customer acquisition strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and other experimental channels. I ensure that we implement best practices for attribution and experimentation across all digital channels in an effort to continuously optimize our marketing campaigns through a data-driven framework.

Member of the firm's leadership team and company's first hire. Responsibilities included overall company operations, product development, legal / compliance, cash management / accounting, vendor relations, business development / partnerships, and business strategy.
