Functions handled as Audit Manager are:• Planning Scope and Procedures.• Maintain audit time budget for completing audit work on time.• Prepare Audit Planning Memo to understand the auditee’s business process.• Develop Audit Programs necessary to promote effective audit coverage.• Conduct Pre-audit kick-off meeting to ensure audit objectives have been clearly communicated to auditee before the audit.• Perform all field work in a competent and professional manner.
