I am a Research Scientist with 10+ years of experience and broad interests in Cell & Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and Genomics. I have diverse scientific background from cell culture models (Stem cell and mammalian tissue culture), gene manipulation platforms (CRISPR/Cas9, siRNA), gene expression analyses (NGS, RNA-Seq, and qPCR), proteomics, protein expression & purification (bacterial and mammalian), Lentivirus/AAV production, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy. Having these skillsets have aided my evolution into the role of biomarker lead on clinical studies. At each new career stage, I added skills to build a broad scientific repertoire that helped my growth as an individual and a scientist. I value cross-functional collaborative environment between industry research and clinical development departments, as well as with academic institutions. I am passionate about understanding the complex nature of underlying disease pathophysiology and excited by challenge to bring novel and efficacious treatments to address disease unmet needs, and serve patients that will benefit from those therapeutics.
