After being promoted, I took on the role of leader of a team of developers dedicated to automating internal processes within the company using the LECOM development platform. Our main objective was to implement efficient solutions that provided greater visibility and control over administrative and financial information. Each automation was carefully planned to integrate essential information, ensuring a more effective workflow.To achieve this goal, I developed a process automation methodology based on the experience gained during my previous work with automations for the Brazilian government. This approach was specifically adapted to meet the company’s demands and stood out for its effectiveness, receiving positive feedback from all involved.The methodology was well received, becoming a standard for all processes developed by the team and even inspiring similar projects in other areas of the organization.In collaboration with my team, we continued to work on the front-end using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance form rules and the user interface, while developing integrations and robots to interact with the database.The cycle for each automation consisted of four phases, all carried out remotely: diagnosis, prototype presentation, approval, and publication of the automated process. For version control, we continued to use Git, and I implemented the SCRUM methodology to manage and track demands, supported by a tool called Agile, which facilitated my project management.This experience not only expanded my knowledge but also allowed me to develop leadership skills, teamwork collaboration, and project management in a dynamic and challenging environment.

As a junior developer, I worked with the Low-Code development platform LECOM to create automation solutions for Brazilian government agencies. Our goal was to digitize government services to optimize citizen assistance, reducing queues and streamlining previously complex and time-consuming processes. Through these automations, we achieved significant resource savings for the government, making services accessible through the gov.br portal.My responsibilities included developing new automations and improving existing systems, focusing on practical implementation and programming. All work was done remotely, and I conducted requirement gathering directly with clients to understand their needs and translate those requirements into effective technical solutions. After developing the solution, I presented the results to the client for approval and final adjustments. Additionally, I trained government staff who would provide support to citizens in using the new functionality.On the front end, I utilized JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop form logic and enhance the user interface. On the back end, I worked with Java and SQL to create integrations for document generation, as well as for receiving and sending information via API. I also developed Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) that executed recurring tasks and performed advanced database queries. To ensure collaborative and efficient development, I used Git for version control. Throughout my work, I faced the challenge of developing complex solutions in Java to communicate with government APIs and work with sophisticated data structures—challenges that I successfully overcame.This experience was essential for my technical and interpersonal growth, allowing me to enhance my development skills, remote collaboration, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
