Why do I work?Inspired by a vision of a sustainable future where people and life flourish in abundance, I help communities unlock their potential to make real impacts on complex problems.What do I do?Throughout my decade-long career as an innovative generalist, I've worked alongside leaders from diverse backgrounds to develop capacity-building initiatives that empower people, teams and communities. This has included fostering collaborative networks and establishing meaningful partnerships; designing transformational learning programs, workshops and events; researching systems and improving practices; creating helpful communications and support resources; and leading and managing innovative projects. Everything I do combines to address the barriers that get in the way of the changes we want to see. What am I great at?My multidisciplinary background and systems thinking enables me to see possibilities and opportunities that others often miss. I know how to make substantial progress using a variety of approaches from design thinking, adult education, business, sustainable development and more that help me make it happen.
