As the Chief Technology Officer at Pocopoints Inc, I was responsible for leading the entire technical team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software products for the company. My role involved overseeing all aspects of software development, from ideation and planning to execution and delivery.One of my key responsibilities was to ensure that the company's products were built using object-oriented programming principles. To achieve this, I worked closely with the development team to develop and implement software architecture that was efficient and scalable.To achieve this, I made extensive use of .NET Core framework, C# language, Flutter, IONIC Framework, and Angular as core technologies to build the software products. This allowed us to create products that were not only efficient but also user-friendly and responsive.In addition to overseeing the development process, I was also responsible for creating a company culture that boosted the performance of the technical team. To achieve this, I implemented various measures such as continuous deployment, full unit testing, and other quality control measures that ensured reliable and high-quality code.To ensure that the development process was efficient and productive, I also enforced Agile methodology as the project management framework for the team to follow. This allowed us to break down complex projects into smaller manageable tasks, enabling us to deliver products faster and with greater accuracy.

Lead a R&D team to develop Enterprise solutions for Singapore Nursing Home organizations.The Company direction is to build a product to serve all the Nursing Home. The enterprise solutions include Referral & Admission system, EMR, IMR, and Patient Accounting.Patient Accounting System (PAC) which use Silverlight as Presentation Layer, implement MVVM pattern to separate View Model logic with UI interface. Develop basic framework such as Security Manager, Exception Handler, Audit Trail Module, Generic Accounting Module, Account Receivable Calculation Process, Dynamic Auto Number Generator and etc.The framework is develop with loosely coupling in mind which allow others module to share the same framework in future. Fully use of OOP concept and various design pattern to make every module low coupling and high cohesion. Involve in detail for PAC application from User Requirements, Resource Planning & Scheduling, to overall database & architecture design.PAC use WCF & WebApi as a channel to implement SOA design pattern. Implement a flexible and loosely couple WCF hosting methodology and eliminate service reference constraint. We develop our own framework to wrap around this WCF & WebApi to provide a developer-friendly class to reduce redundant code and to define a coding standard.Fully utilized self-tracking POCO together with Entity Framework facility. Work with Linq most of the time for CRUD operation. Design architecture layer such as Business Entity, Business Logic, Service Layer, and Data Context Layer. Implement mediator pattern between Silverlight UI and View Model, so that each view model is independent from it's view. Guide others team lead with object-oriented architecture design. Give advice and solution for any OO based architecture and design.

My first team in GPRO are group of young and passion guys who very eager to develop generic frameworks that can be consume by company enterprise solution. For example, Data Access, Exception Handling, Multilanguage, Application Container, Web Services, Security Manager, Component Manager and Report Engine which written in C#. These framework become the core components for all company application.I gain architecture experience from building Data Manager and security module. Data Manager is a configurable data access layer to multiple database engine which use a lot of design pattern behind. The Security Manager serve the need of providing multiple role access right to user account by providing configurable feature to switch between AD authentication and form authentication.The Framework are highly implement OOP concept, .Net Remoting, Web services, COM+ services (enterprise services) and others basic .net technologies.I also involve in applications architecture design while promoted to senior position.Due to the rapid change of business logic in garment industry, especially for their tracking logic and financial calculation logic, each module in each application should design in a way to allow changes of business logic thru configuration. We develop our own syntax on calculating the financial formula and use design pattern to make tracking system as dynamic as possible.The Business Entity Layer, Facade layer, Data Access Logic layer and Data Access layer are use among all enterprise application, which make our company software more easy to maintain and extend.I also in charge of a new project which is Decision Support System using SQL Server Analysis Services. I develop client analysis tools for high management end user and also design tool for developer to design custom view from the olap cubes.I also contribute in overall Database Management to manage whole database design in order to prevent duplicate table design and general database structural weakness.
