I was responsible for measuring, tracking and maximising total airline contract margin by providing financial management to a portfolio of airlines.

I led and coordinated revenue maximizing activities and facilitated the implementation of strategic plans for all QantasLink markets in Queensland. I also:• Coached and mentored a team of Pricing and Yield Analysts to optimize revenue outcomes;• Worked collaboratively with key stakeholders on market activity to identify trends, opportunities and events that could be exploited for revenue improvement;• Monitored key performance drivers and metrics;• Developed and implemented key route strategies to improve performance and achieve business outcomes;

I was responsible for maximizing revenue on a portfolio of markets including managing up to 300 flight segments per week. I also:• Forecasted demand to maximize revenue and profit through effective yield controls;• Monitored competitor activity and contributed to proactive and responsive strategies;• Analysed forward bookings and reported on flight performance;• Initiating action to generate incremental revenue;• Recommended changes to capacity to best suit changing market conditions; and• Proactively reviewed market performance and adapted strategies to ensure key business metrics are met.

I provided support to the broader Pricing and Yield team through insightful analysis and reporting. I was responsible for high quality, accurate business analysis to drive performance improvement across 56 regional markets; I also:• Developed and interrogated daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and conducted trend analysis to identify and forecast revenue risk;• Presented detailed analysis, and made recommendations on the viability of identified strategic options; and

I was responsible for providing travel management solutions to a diverse range of corporate clients.
