Managed all phases of market research projects from initial specifications to the final presentation of custom research. Primary emphasis on coordinating clients' day-to-day request to ensure their marketing research needs were effectively meet. Key responsibilities included questionnaire design, creation of monthly client reports, data mining via SPSS, interviewer briefings, preparation of sampling and coding specifications, and supervision of departmental activities of data processing, field, graphics, and advanced methods. Primary emphasis on client contact and communicating client needs internally. Also translating client needs and coordinating the internal resources and activities needed to meet these needs. Key responsibilities included day-to-day project management, data analysis, quantitative and qualitative report writing, focus group moderation, in-depth interviewing, monitoring quality control procedures, and participation in client presentations
