I led a group of 30 sailors as the lead Petty Officer of Aviation Mechanic shop. 3 time runner up for sailor of the quarter. 6 sailors promoted under my leadership. Led 32 aircraft phase projects. 4 of which were depot level structural modifications. I have a total of 10 years of customer service experience between the hospitality, insurance, and mortgage industries. From which I developed great communication and resolution skills.
