Sr consultant assigned to act as Subject Matter Expert and Infrastructure Lead on major consolidation effort of two large Military Medical Centers. Major efforts under this project were to merge two dis-similar Clinical IT environments into one business unit to improve San Antonio area patient care. Major visualization and rationalization of Infrastructure technologies were put into place to facilitate this effort.
