28+ yrs in the manufacturing fields that ranged from steel blank processing to Thermoplastic forming. Held a variety of positions that ranged from machine operator, supervisor, prod mgr. and director to VP of manf. Tremendous experience was gained during advancement in my career path. Learning new roles, additional responsibilities and the constant interaction with the employees. Areas of specific interest are employee training, employee engagement, inv. control, project management and process improvement all of which proved to be quite rewarding in seeing the end result. Most notable "win" occurred during a process improvement event in which we began with a 8 hr. machine changeover utilizing two operators and reduced it to 45 minutes with one operator. Implementation of continuous cycle counting was another success in which we had <1% variance on $1.5mm in inv.
