Involved in the construction and maintenance of financial forecastcalculators, across all industries. Processing of data through company software; Bloomberg. Liaising with clients to better serve their desires for the calculator.

Undertook a 7 month internship as an analyst. Primary activities involved operational efficiency metrics, analysis on the company’s CRM opportunities and customer/revenue analysis. Also implementation of practices that would allow NVD to become more customer orientated.

Accrued a broad range of responsibilities ranging from; driving, customer services, sales to marketing and business analysis. Worked with senior management on a day to day basis regarding quality of service and stakeholder management. Initial role was as a customer service agent and thereafter moved into supervisory role, the key component of the role in latter years revolved around the compilation and understanding of performance indicators.
