As a founder of a business, for me it all starts with identifying a problem or a challenge that you and potentially many others really care about. As a leader I always here the vision statement and the mission statement all of which are important but for me "The why we do it" is the differnense. Its my job to build a team and a culture who do what they do for cause or purpose that has great meaning to all of us. My roll is to make sure that every person i the organization understand what our purpose is, why are we doing it and how their roll contributes to and actually connects to the big picture of solving the problem we want to solve.Leadership is about being an Evangelist! Our products, our services and the work we do has have a value that is far greater than money. People want to know that what they do really matters to others!
