As Art Director, I work with a talented team of creative and communications professionals to provide branding, design and content to public agencies. As senior designer, my depth of experience is called upon for our most significant engagements: creating or recalibrating brand identity, logo development, key deliverables, visual strategy and business development. Leading major stakeholders through the process, I implement workplans, manage internal/external resources, create budgets, pitch new business, and navigate the turbelent waters of approvals in the public agency environment. I also roll up my sleeves everyday to design compelling visual media across a variety of digital and print channels.

Collaborate with leading LTC experts designing for a variety of delivery techniques, including synchronous and asynchronous learning, online assessments, simulation-based assessments, and multi-rater surveys. Use a complex, component-based library of IP to analyze and report for an array of purposes, not limited to talent-acquisition, talent-management, organizational performance and engagement. Guide content and visuals through analysis, development, implementation and evaluation, while anticipating multiple user-stories, accessibility, internationalization and client customization. Incorporate/transition IP from internal and legacy brands.
