I offer solutions to people who are in financial distress and are facing the possibility of losing their homes to foreclosure and/or bankruptcy. These realistic alternatives are designed to help a homeowner stay in their home or provide a way to exit the property with as little damage to their credit histories as possible. For properties that have already gone through the foreclosure process I will purchase them from the bank, remodel them, and then sell or rent them to new families. Many of these new families are on the road to recovery from past financial difficulties themselves. I help them work toward becoming homeowners again as they rebuild their financial futures.

Kevin began his career in the financial services industry as a stockbroker for Merrill Lynch. In addition to working in the investment field he also worked with some of the nation’s largest banks and insurance companies and for the last twenty years he has held several positions in the mortgage industry. Kevin is a graduate of Marist High School. He was awarded the Evans Scholar’s Scholarship where he attended Marquette University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics. After Marquette he went to Loyola University and received an MBA specializing in Finance. "I have spent my entire career working with individual consumers and their families. In order to best serve my customers I must be well informed about my industry and know which products and programs work best to solve each client’s specific needs. As a result, I can be an advocate for my customers and help them make the financial decisions that are in line with their resources and objectives."

I have been an external loan officer for Countrywide Home Loans and other companies over the last 16 years. Duties included forming relationships with local realtors, builders, and other sources for the purpose of generating referrals to their clients who sought mortgage financing. Subsequently selling myself and my company to those clients so they would obtain their financing from me. For each loan that was taken I had to sell myself first to the referral source and then to the eventual mortgagee.

I operated the Joint Venture Mortgage Company that was owned equally by Countrywide Home Loans and an area home builder. I was responsible for the overall sales volume, company marketing and recruiting and training of staff. I was also responsible for profitability of the company. When the current turmoil engulfed the mortgage industry Panoramic Mortgage was shut down and its staff was absorbed by Countrywide. I was rehired as a Countrywide Home Loan Consultant.
