I am a native of Greenville, South Carolina, having grown up here and attended Mauldin High School. I went away for college and law school, but returned to Greenville to start a career and raise a family. I began practicing in Greenville in 2000 with a sole practitioner that handled all aspects of a plaintiff's general litigation practice, including a lot of construction litigation. I developed a love for real estate there, and I opened my firm with my law partner, Russell Guest, in January of 2005. I have devoted 100 percent of my practice to real estate ever since. Helping buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction is what I enjoy the most about my practice. The relationships that develop with Realtors and loan officers is a bonus that makes getting up to come to work every day enjoyable and a blessing. My practice is heavily residential with some commercial transactions scattered within each year. I close transactions of all sizes from small homes costing as little as five thousand dollars to multi-million dollar multi-family commercial deals. I have a wonderful support staff of three full-time paralegals, along with several other part-time support staff, that help make sure my clients obtain the best representation in taking care of their transactional real estate needs. I believe, along with my partner and staff, that we have the ability to do more than just provide legal services at Guest & Brady. We strive to live out our mission every day. Our mission is: To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us, and to have a positive influence on all while providing quality legal services. I enjoy the outdoors when away from the office, i.e. fishing and hunting with my kids, and working dove fields and deer plots. I am a member at Advent United Methodist Church in Greenville. I enjoy spending time with my wife and children most of all.
