In my years working for this company my responsibilities included handling customer relations related to phone, email, and internet concerns, providing troubleshooting for a wide variety of technological issues including fixing networking and communication capabilities as well as ensuring proper setup of information systems, and identifying problems with procedures in order to establish more streamlined and budget-oriented methods.I was promoted to Supervisor of the Customer Care Department of six to eight employees as well as supporting other teams where needed, such as supervising the logistics and purchasing division and managing the social media profile for the entire company for several years to a reach of thousands.
