Developing plans for improving safety, operational compliance, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations, in partnership with key stakeholders, to support the strategic aims of the business.The key areas of focus: • Manage the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the operational level• Develop and manage the implementation of Competency Assessments per SOP’s• Develop and implement a quality assurance policy and program• Manage or oversee CAPEX projects for operations• Manage development of a maintenance program• Assist HSE with training and compliance management • Support the Executive Board with the Corporate Risk Assessment• Manage the successful delivery of compliance projects ensuring risk and compliance excellence and a practical/business driven approach• Proactively identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, working with the Global Director of Sustainability to build, update, maintain and deliver improvements to the Hoover CS Technical Competency Program • Direct organizational operations, projects, or services.
