As a travel agent at DizN Vacations LLC at CS Elements, I help my clients plan their dream vacations to Disney, Universal, Cruise Lines, and more. With my attention to detail, skill development, and customer success, I ensure that every trip is tailored to their needs, preferences, and budget.In addition to being a travel agent, I am also an evaluation coordinator at Early Stages, where I have been working since June 2020. In this role, I manage the assessment and evaluation process for children with disabilities and special needs in the District of Columbia. I collaborate with a team of professionals, parents, and educators to provide timely and accurate feedback, recommendations, and support. I also apply my educational leadership skills and knowledge to ensure compliance with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and other federal and local regulations. I also leverage my expertise in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) to communicate effectively with diverse customers and provide them with the best service possible. My mission is to help every child reach their full potential and achieve their academic and personal goals.
