I have been a Coffee Technician since May of 2015 and worked as a shift supervisor at Starbucks for 13 years before that. In March of 2018 I got a second job at St. Elmo Brewing Company. I love both industries I’m in. Working as a coffee technician I get to work with my hands and problem solve. I get to utilize skills with mechanics, plumbing, and electronics. I’ve always loved the brewery industry. There is a great sense of comradery. Everyone helps each other out and they don’t see other breweries as competition because we all have the same goal. We serve good spirits to good spirits. From the day I started I felt like I was a part of the family. On my time off I do freelance black and white film photography and play Congas in two bands.
