I am currently employed as a Sr. Director of Engineering at Smarsh. I lead the Data Center, Infrastructure, and Database Operations organizations that own the complete lifecycle of systems hosting the Smarsh Professional Archive – a multi-tenant, hybrid cloud SaaS platform servicing the archive and compliance needs of highly regulated institutions - primarily in the Banking and Finance segment. Ownership include strategy, meeting the needs of the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with the overall technology and enterprise goals of the SMB business unit. I have over 25 years of experience in leading strategic data center infrastructure implementations and the technical teams that implement, administer. and optimize these complex enterprise systems.I lead a talented team of Engineering Managers, Site Reliability Engineers, Database Engineers, Infrastructure and Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Contractors responsible for the design, development, operation, and support of infrastructure systems, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure operations and Technology for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
