I am really excited to be working at AEMO and to be part of this incredible endeavour to meet the future energy demands of our society here in Western Australia. The detailed analytical work I am doing will feed into regulatory submissions which literally will set the course for socially and environmentally responsible energy here in my beloved Western Australia. So happy to be back in a technology role.

Currently working on a long term project to further develop Western Power's core Customer Information System. Core activities include gathering business requirements, developing process models, functional and non-functional specs etc. Base COTS package in use is Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). Holocentric Modeller is the tool of choice for capturing process models and other business IP.

Contract Business Analyst working on various projects to do with the disaggregation of Western Power. Core activities included data analysis, requirements gathering, developing test strategy all of which provided some interesting challenges in terms of negotiation and conflict resolution.

Just prior too and during the disaggregation of Western Power into 4 seperate entities. Detailed analysis of regulatory obligations in terms of customer data for the disaggregation. Business process review and business process modelling for IT Systems separation and included data analysis for the ring-fencing data.
