I am actively working in this role through my fall and spring semester of sophomore year. In this role I operate the day-to-day maintenance of Koch Business Solutions and Koch subsidiaries by practicing data analytics, interpreting and highlighting daily FIMS reports, and sending daily payroll wires and company drawdown amounts before 10:00 AM every morning with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, OneNote, Word, etc) and Adobe Pro Acrobat.I perform 15-30 account reconciliations per month with the Blackline software which automates and standardizes the reconciliation process to produce high-quality and accurate financial statements. It drives accuracy in the financial close by providing accountants with a streamlined method to verify the correctness and appropriateness balance sheets. While quickly comparing general ledger, bank, and other data, investigate discrepancies, attach supporting documentation, and take required actions from an intuitive, unified workspace. I also complete global ledger journal entries within the first few days of monthly business periods.I oversee and maintain the payroll unclaimed property process and benefits unclaimed property process using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, and upkeep monthly tasks.I practice fair stewardship by completing weekly and monthly benefits invoices and attaining a better understanding of the processes while staying focused on academics and managing time effectively for school.

I served on the chapter executive board and attend weekly executive meetings. I hosted weekly committee philanthropy meetings. Assist the chapter in providing philanthropic opportunities for members to provide service to the community and leave ALS better than we found it. Plan and execute the annual Dullea Classic Charity Golf Tournament with Phi Delta Theta and Sand Creek Station Golf Course which raises thousands of dollars for the LiveLikeLou foundation, along with maintaining a strong partnership between the ALS Association, LiveLikeLou, Phi Delta Theta Alumni, and Sand Creek Station.

Assist the Wichita State University Admissions Office by writing post cards for prospective students, attend on-campus events, guide campus tours, and participate in panels. Attend the annual president's dinner at the president's house on campus.

Acquire knowledge with the banking industry and participate in a five-week seminar of banking management and active duties. Practice stewardship by completing withdrawals, deposits, credit card payments, and customer service through the interactive banking machines. Share knowledge and provide convenience by teaching new customers how to efficiently operate the machines. Substantially improved session times and reduced error percentages monthly. I handled money and financial information on a daily basis. I left the bank due to my co-op and internship opportunity.
