Focusing on the needs of the internal & external clients, selling the FCL/LCL seafreight，airfreight both in import & export to the factory & trading company within Pearl River Delta. Keep close contact with the current FOB clients. Also focus on the negotiated with the foreign customers, especially for the third party tradings.

¤ Take charge the whole new offshore project from front line office while make sure all the Booking process must be well taken over by the new office (GSC) by giving clear instruction.¤ HC budget estimation.¤ Conduct the yearly appraisal to subordinates.¤ Cost control and lead the team fully live on company’s values.¤ Focus on prepare the yearly, quarterly & monthly KPI budget report within GSC.¤ Improve the KPI of teams (Target Store, Federated & Nike). Maintain the data quality & efficiency within the section (keep tracking the error reports & provide the instant/effective solution by analyzing the root cause from the case to the team managers/members).
