Direct daily maintenance and administration for over $10 billion of bonds. Review and negotiate bond documents such as trust indentures and loan agreements. Cultivate customer relationships with senior level managers of municipalities and institutional investors. Ranked 5th out of 53 relationship managers within M&T Bank in new business revenue generated for 2009. Ranked 3rd out of 55 relationship managers within M&T Bank in new business revenue generated for 2008. Obtained Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) designation in 2008. Graduated with Honors from Corporate Trust School of Cannon Financial Institute in 2008.

Administered corporate escrow agreements for a number of clients. Administered bond issues for many municipal and corporate clients. Worked on the default administration team helping bond deals through bankruptcy and/or work out situations.

Managed a portfolio of 120 high net worth customers of the bank. Sold mutual funds, fixed annuities, life insurance, checking accounts, and loans to new and existing bank customers. Exceeded quarterly sales goal for each quarter as a result of strong investment sales. Ranked 1st in the state of Maryland within M&T Bank for Life Insurance revenue generated in 2004. Excelled as a customer service representative in retail banking. Received M&T Bank Sales Champion award at 2004 Baltimore Awards Ceremony. 1 of 2 out of 500 to receive the award.

Obtained Series 6, 63 and Life/Health Insurance Licenses. Trained to be a leader in M&T Bank in sales as well as customer service. Referred multiple sales opportunities to the investment sales representative. Completed classroom training as well as on the job training in a bank branch.
