Provided Production Support for all critical applications after their release.• IT lead on over 100 ProShares ETF launches over 13 years, ensuring appropriate fund setup to support exchange listing, trading functions, public website data, internal/external systems integrations and reporting, etc.• Worked as part of an IT team that centralized multiple operational databases into a functional Data Warehouse for reporting and business intelligence use across the organization.• As Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Coordinator for the firm, I was part of a committee that implemented a 2-tier Business Continuity Plan to ensure continuity of operations for all critical daily business functions.
