Having extensive experience as a remotely-located employee, I managed large territories as if it were my own business from proactively contacting customers to keeping sales and marketing appraised of changes within the territory. It is my passion to deliver the utmost attention to my customers and continuing my education to keep up with changes within the industry. I have proven this model to be successful by increasing revenues in the territory by over 50 percent and more than doubling the call volume. I am diligent about completing a job right the first time and pride myself on repeatedly having the lowest call-back rate in departments as large as 20 or more remote engineers.
