I was responsible 3 major territories for Orion. These territories include all municipal/water treatment facilities in the United States and Canada, North Eastern USA (WV, PA, NY, MA, NJ, ME, DE, CT, RI) and the Gulf Coast (TX, LA, MS) of the United States. I also oversaw and assisted with all of the other North American Sales Engineers at Orion, which covers the United States and Canada.My duties included review of data sheets from various applications, ensure that the proper materials are used and pressure ratings are safe to use with the application. This involves NACE, ASME B31.1 and B31.3 requirements are met when customer requires.In addition, I provided the pricing and manufacturing time for the request or project to our independent representative firms and customers. Several of these project range in value from $25,000 to $9.2 million per request.The position also provided me with opportunities to attend several expo/conventions as a representative of Orion. These show include WEFTEC, ISA, PowerGen and the Offshore Technology Conference.

Coordinated and facilitated all incoming repairs and warranty replacement part investigations and arranged for these items to be returned to the end destination.Provided quarterly reports on specific products and the percent of repairs required. This also involved my input into product improvement.Provided technical service support worldwide for level indication and electronic level devices. This also included field service calls to refineries and process plants.Preformed quality control test on newly manufactured products, to ensure that the product was exactly how the customer ordered. These test also involved function test to ensure that every component worked properly once delivered.All documentation and certification documents were issued for customers per their request upon shipment of products. This included hydrostatic reports, certificates of compliance, FM, CSA, ATEX, CRN and several other certifications provided at Orion.
