Not a huge fan of talking about myself but I love helping others find their passion. Some may say being an introverted recruiter is strange but to me it just means I listen a little more. My favorite part of recruiting is learning about people and helping them find what really drives them. Then, hopefully, getting them into the best career possible with an amazing company like Lytx!
