    Helped facilitate to the cognitive walkthrough of the large-scale operation room model for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) involving 20+ Canadian sailors. This initiative played a crucial role in finalizing the design for the CSC's operations room, which the RCN will implemented during the ship's construction.Conducted heuristic evaluations for the Surface Training and Readiness Management System (STRMS), identifying areas for improvement and offering valuable recommendations to enhance the system's user experience.Led the design of a comprehensive quick guide for the FARO Freestyle 3D scanner, utilizing UX research and user-centered design principles. Incorporated valuable insights gathered from 8+ user interviews to identify pain points highlighted in the manufacturer's existing guide. Designed and developed a user-friendly resource, integrating usability testing feedback to ensure optimal user experience. The new guide will serve as a vital tool for the Human System Integration Branch in all their 3D scanning initiatives, promoting efficient and user-centered practices.Supported a human factors field evaluation for the Army Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Battery Operations Center (BOC) by conducting user interviews, contextual inquiries, and focus groups involving 8 operators and officers. We used the findings to report user pain points and human factors concerns to stakeholders, shaping the framework for the next MRC prototype.Created usability assessment tools, such as the System Usability Scale and NASA TLX in Cameo System modeler, to modernize the HSI workforce with digital engineering tools. Collaborated with the Automated Celestial Navigation System (ACNS) team to incorporate MIL-STD-1472 into their Modeled Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) model to enhance HSI visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
