As an Account Manager, I am responsible for continuing to impress our customers. As the customer's primary point of contact, I have the opportunity to take ownership of customer and service issues and collectively work with our team to make our customers do business with Jon-Don for years to come.

Making wireless sales in a fast pace environment. Having to talk and communicate with multiple customers per day. Understand the customers need and or problem and provide a solution. If there is a problem I need to solve it with being calm and respectful to the customer.

I was a sale representative for AT&T. This was a challenge that required me to talk to hundreds of people a day in a fast-moving environment. Our sales booth was in a Costco Wholesale retail store. I would have to pitch customers very quickly and catch their attention while still being respectful. I would help customers understand our promotions and explain how I would be helping them if they chose AT&T.

Working 40 hour weeks painting sheds. Making sure we have enough innovatory and keeping track of multiple custom orders. Have to be extremely organized and efficient because of commission pay. labor intensive job not for the faint hearted.
