CurrentContinuously offer technical and procedural coaching and direction concerning airline systems, registration tools, and Maritz in-house systemsSupervise the adherence to program and client-specific rules to guarantee that our team has the essential tools and resources for successOversee 50-100 programs and confirm the fulfillment of turnaround requirementsMaintain a comprehensive understanding of budgeted labor hours and the air budgetEngage directly with Travel Consultants, Registration Specialists, Travel Buyers for Air & Sourcing, Quality Control Agents, as well as Meeting Event Managers, Directors, and Account Managers.Stay informed about program details like air guidelines, extended air credits, fares, and routes as set by the Travel Buyer-Air. Also, make sure program and department service level agreements (SLAs) are met.Work directly with clients to understand program needs for registration tool setupHelp resolve errors, address air budget issues, and provide guidance to Travel Consultants on managing the program budget.
