43 year career working in the insurance claim industry. I began working at Continental Insurance until CNA purchased Continental Insurance. I was a multi-line field claim handler that included auto, home, heavy equipment, and liability losses. I traveled throughout the Northeast (MA - ME - NH - VT - RI - CT - NY - NJ) for Continental Insurance and CNA while handling various assignments.At CNA I advanced to become the 1st Party Divisional Manager until Allstate purchased CNA Personal Lines.I became a Property Frontline Process Expert responsible for 1st Party Property claims countrywide for the Allstate subsidiary - Encompass Insurance. I remained in the role and advanced to become a Senior Manager at Allstate. My responsibilities included the process development and implementation of claim handling processes to deliver fair, fast, and easy claim services. I have worked closely with teams of associated contributors to validate that the process is efficient and meets regulatory requirements.I have experience in development on “Continuous Improvement”, Customer Experience, and Subrogation strategies.In my years of claim handling I have had the responsibility of overseeing CAT claims as well as large losses (in excess of of $1,000,000 in exposure) throughout the United Staes and travelled to where losses or events (I.E, Hurricane Sandy - California Wildfires - Etc.) to oversee field operations.
