It is always stimulating to advise and assist a variety organizations with strategies that increase productivity ,growth and development. Over the course of my career I have been responsible for the success and elevation of the organizations where I have worked. It is very fulfilling to share the knowledge and experience I have acquired to helps groups attain their goals and objectives.

Responsible for internal management and operations for sixteen branch social service agency with a focus on family growth and development and early childhood education. Authority for Branch Administration ,Human Resources ,Facilities ,Transportation ,Fund Raising and Information Technology. Also Chairman Agency Interview Committee.This assignment was particularly rewarding because it allowed me to use my skills and aptitude in leadership,revenue generation and fundraising, strategic planning,relationship development and organizational effectiveness. The agency grew from 10 to 16 branches which allowed us to serve more children and families. We reorganized functional area's for greater operating efficiency and cost reductions. I also was able to institute an internal fundraising effort which generated in excess of $100,000.In addition I was able to include initiatives that increased moral such as staff mentoring and coaching. This opportunity also provided many speaking assignments and engagements on behalf of the agency and most importantly I had a platform to make a difference in people's lives and there is no greater gift than that.

Consulted and advised in private industry and non-profit sectors on organizational effectiveness.I enjoyed the opportunity to confer with many organizations on strategic growth and development. This also provided a learning experience for me as it exposed me to a variety concepts and philosophies as it pertains to organizational mission,vision and leadership.

Responsible for external affairs and advancement initiatives for 7,000 student academic institution. Authority for corporate negotiations, government affairs, community outreach, organizational analysis and fundraising.Working in an academic institution provided intellectual stimulation as well as professional fulfillment. I increased our corporate strategic partner portfolio by 25% which allowed me to build new and productive relationships for the college resulting in discretionary revenue,sponsorship's and enrollments. I also developed the Executive Lecture Series which resulted in increased exposure and enhanced institutional opportunities. In addition restructured External Affairs division resulting in a 30% reduction in expenses and increased profitability.It was also a privilege and a pleasure to work with students who would some day go out and change the world.

Responsible for strategic planning and analysis,sales and marketing and administration.As I look over the course of my career I benefited so much from this experience. I was able to lead a company in increasing it's market share by 35% and increasing client base by 25%. Reorganized operating protocols through strategic planning initiatives resulting in greater organizational effectiveness.Through this experience I was able to see how important leadership is in accomplishing your goals and objectives. It is your behavior and actions that demonstrate to people you can achieve anything if you work together for the best of the organization
