Drive the company’s policy of “Safety First”. Overall responsibility for 120 Team Members within a 460,000 sq ft GMP distribution centre containing $120 million in inventory.

Leadhand/Relief Supervisor Duties: Distribute manpower in order to complete the workload, while minimizing delays in servicing our retail operations. Give directions and solve problems that may arise. File daily reports. Release orders, inventory maintenance and adjustments. Slot new product.Order Selection Duties: Produce, Frozen Foods, Proper Stacking, Minimizing Damages. Filling orders in an accurate and efficient manner.Shipping Duties:Loading Trailers, Maximizing cube to decrease transport costs. Completing bills of lading, coordinating loads with trucking dispatch.Receiving Duties:Unloading trailers, verify quantities received quality control Forklift Operator- Duties: Replenish Pick Slots, put away-received product in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure proper rotation of produce. Organize overflow stock.
