As manager, I led a skilled team in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our VAS telecommunications services on our customer sites. My responsibilities included executing strategic IT support endeavors, including VAS and IT services management, overseeing technical troubleshooting, and serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues. With extensive experience in VAS Telecom services, I managed the installation, configuration, and integration within mobile operator networks of VAS applications. I would handle the initial hardware setup, including OS installations (Solaris, RedHat Linux, CentOS) , DB installations (MySQL, MariaDB, MariaDB Galera Cluster setups) and switch configurations (link aggregation, VLAN setups). Additionally, I would perform high availability site setups and would also perform the system integrations to establish connectivity with third-party systems (UCIP for charging, SMPP for SMSC) and integrate the SS7 stack using sigtran links on HLR. I became proficient in protocols like Hux, XML RPC2, SOAP, SFTP, and HTTPS. Post-installation, I conducted internal and customer user acceptance tests, ensuring compliance. I provided level 2 system support, offered internal and external training to support stuff and customers, updated documentation ( MOPs, User Guides, Wikis etc) , and would frequently conduct root cause analyses and write incident reports with the help of my teammates. My expertise ensured seamless telecom infrastructure operation and customer satisfaction.

As a Systems Integrator, I engineered comprehensive Mobile Banking solutions by integrating diverse hardware: Hardware Security Modules (HSM) , HP Servers , Switches, Tape drives, Storage devices , Sim cards) and mobile banking software systems with S@T application systems, integrating them to charging systems and SMSC`s aligning them with business needs.I orchestrated the implementation and acceptance of the systems on customer sites and offered continual support for these integrated systems. Moreover, I established high availability software layouts using the Veritas cluster software and deployed OSS/SNMP alarming to ensure system reliability and performance.
