Achieved $36M cost savings in three (3) years through reducing and downsizing assets, analyzing life-cycle costs, strategic vehicle sourcing and sharing best practices. • Supervised the fuel management program, including overseeing $1.5M in annual spend, supply and forecasting needs, pricing verification, DEC/EPA compliance reporting, capital equipment/infrastructure upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules at nine facilities.• Developed and defined specifications, prepared cost estimates, submitted purchase requisitions and evaluated vendor/supplier proposals with regards to contract procurement.
