Manage a staff of 35 in order to provide excellent customer service by ensuring all packages are delivered to customers as they board their flights. Manage HR for the support staff including disciplinary actions, Medical Leaves, vacation scheduling, and schedules. Provide support throughout the airport by managing staff availability for other stores. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse. Provide logistical support to the stores including managing displays and staff availability. Maintain payroll by ensuring all missed punches and hours worked were correct.

Manage the operations of 5 shops throughout the airport including staffing and registers. Maintain 3 separate safes and up to 14 registers daily. Ensure that customers are provided with excellent services. Maintain cleanliness and full stock in all stores. Maintain the Dunkin Donuts store operated by the company including cleanliness and functionality in accordance with franchisee rules. Open and close the stores as necessary including opening and closing of registers, reconciliation of monies, including returns and exchanges.
