To ensures cost effective procurement of specialist suppliers, while developing and supporting local implementation of cleaning and management strategiesFocus on the companies key focuses: Customer Relationships, Retention, Service, Managing the Processes & New Business, Deliver high quality value for money cleaning services to all customers & their site locations.Effectively recruit, induct and train all staff to the highest standard required by CLC. To manage the financial budgets for all contractsK.P.I’s to be monitored as part of performance review and appraisal process When required, assist and provide information to Head Office for surveys, quotes and tenders. Ensure the profitable management of all sites is working within wage & all other cost budgets. Undertake quarterly site audits as per schedule.Take the lead in the mobilisations of new contracts across the region. Liaise with Site Managers to ensure all HR issues are dealt with in line with company procedures. Build and maintain strong report with all front line/site based customers. Ensure that customers are visited regularly & that communication is maintained at a high, effective and informative level. Establish training needs & produce a training plan for all Site Managers. Train & develop all Site Managers and Operatives to the appropriate cleaning standard. Ensure that management practices are in line with best practice & those Investors in.
